You are cordially invited

The Dulles BMC has opened its doors to the NOVA PCC for a special plant tour to be held on Thursday, May 16th from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

We'll be joined by Washington Metropolitan District's Postmaster, Mr. Gerald Roane.

If you or anyone from your company is interested in learning how your mail is processed after it has been dropped off at the post office, this will be a unique opportunity to see how the Flat Sequencing System (FSS) works!  These machines are the size of a football stadium!

Check the state-of-the-art camera system that tracks your mail throughout the mail stream so you can take advantage of the IMB's tracking capabilities and the new Informed Delivery service, which will be a great introduction to our next event on Informed Delivery on June 6th, 2019 at PJ Skidoos.

If you have any questions on processing, mailing standards, tracking or Informed Delivery, come prepared as we will have knowledgeable people to answer all your questions.

Please RSVP by May 13th if you'll be able to attend to make sure we have an accurate headcount for lunch which will be provided to you.

This event and provided lunch are completely free to NOVA PCC members and non-members so make sure you sign up!

Sincerely,

Northern Virginia Postal Customer Council
Executive Board Committee

Any questions can be directed to BSN Representative, Amy Yi at (703) 280-3311 or Amy.Y.Yi@usps.gov.
